My Approach: To design an online service platform for members.

My goal in this project was to reflect the mission and vision of the company in the most accurate way by managing the end-to-end product process, user interviews, and dozens of meetings with stakeholders. One of my important tasks was to ensure that this product, which will have over two hundred thousand users, can serve business owners of all ages, is easy to understand, and offers a modern interface.

Vision and Innovation

My vision is that members and tradesmen from all walks of life can use it comfortably and do all their corporate business online with the help of technology.

ith the pandemic, the need for online platforms has increased. This has enabled us to develop new systems and understand the needs more clearly.

Resolving Complex Problems

With the help of this platform, businesses can do many corporate jobs without going to the necessary institution. Such as,

- Tax payments,

- Making online appointments with institutions,

- Making applications for the business...

Meeting User Needs

This project is currently in active use. I am very pleased to have designed both the web version and the mobile app version. In addition, the ATO product became the world winner in the "Best Chamber System Innovation Project" category in the 2023 World Chambers Competition.

The product is currently being sold in different countries.
