My Goal: Improvements in experience and visuals.

My main goal in this project is to try to understand the needs of the persona through user interviews and focus on the following tasks.

- To understand what users use Wiser for.

- To make the old-fashioned look of the app more modern and understandable.

- To make users have a faster and smoother experience when adding content to the app.

Meeting User Needs

I conducted online interviews with 28 users who regularly use the app. Through these end-to-end structured interviews, we gained important insights that will give us a new perspective on the product. I will share some of these questions with you below.

Vision and Innovation

My vision is to understand if the app is a digital library app for users. Measure the necessity of this need and share it with the product team. I make sure to collaborate with data and users in every task I take on.

Resolving Complex Problems

While we focus on solving problems within the app, we learn that the actual users do tasks like consuming and organizing content over the web. That's almost 90 percent of all our users.

With the product team, we decided to develop a BETA Web Version of our app.
