My Goal: Creating a clear campaign management tool.
During my time at Segmentify, I had the opportunity to work closely with many e-commerce brands. I was involved in the development of a platform and product that would allow our customers to create more efficient e-commerce campaigns. We managed the processes with our team consisting of 1 PMO, 4 product managers, 2 designers and 12 developers.
Vision and Innovation
My vision is to understand the requirements of the e-commerce sector and to develop a tool suitable for new solutions. Many panels have a complicated structure within themselves, my main goal is to minimize this complexity.
Challenges
The important thing in the e-commerce sector is not to present too much data to the customer, but to provide them with the necessary information. This is only possible with high empathy and communication skills. Developing an interface that will enable them to transform all this data into meaningful campaigns was my biggest challenge.
Resolving Complex Problems
After lots of brainstorming sessions with the product team. :)
Meeting User Needs
In all these projects, I had the opportunity to analyze the needs by attending meetings with the Account manager, who provides customer-specific services, and I had the opportunity to make decisions to direct the deficiencies in the product.
